III. Investments and Financing
|
|
In financing, through Indesa Finance, Inc. we offer the following products to its clients:
- Factoring through which our clients can sell their accounts receivable (with/without resource) and recover liquidity for working capital purposes. Also, we are able to structure the factoring service at the enterprise/institutional level in order to reduce the costs and administration of accounts receivable.
- Bridge Financing as an alternative to preserve liquidity for individuals or companies in the retail business, or with properties as investments, that wish to obtain immediate liquidity on their assets. These are short term and simple structured loans. Also, short and medium term loans with mortgage guarantees are considered, for working capital or general purposes, may it be on a professional or personal title.
- Specialized Leasing for the acquisition of capital goods, together with distributing companies, through financial and/or operating leasing programs. Vendor Financing programs are also structured with the purpose of supporting the distributing companies’ sale effort by including financing vehicles for the potential buyers of the offered products.
- In addition to the traditional financing operations (loans, factoring, leasing), INDESA is in capacity to structure non-traditional alternatives such as Subordinated Debt, Mezzanine Credits, and/or Hybrid Structures, which represent alternative sources of funding, without necessarily diluting shareholding structure, or affecting the position of traditional creditors.
