In the projects in which we participate, Indesa Capital, Inc. we participts assume a leading role as:

• Advisors: We provide support for the development of business models and financial forecasts.  In the case of new investments, we assist in the valuation process and validate the suitability of an investment within the business strategy.
  
  
• Arrangers: We estimate financial needs and design the optimal financial structure by source type: common equity, preferred stocks (cumulative or non cumulative), mezzanine finance, public or private placements of bonds, commercial paper and bank debt (individual, club or syndication). We develop strategies to encourage competition amongst the sources. We also prepare an informational prospectus in order to attract investors and other key participants relevant to the financial scheme that is chosen.
  
  
• Catalysts: We assist our clients in the contact and negotiating stages with financing sources in order to achieve optimal prices and conditions. We also propose guidelines of confidentiality and competitive mechanisms as well as screening requisites of investors and lenders. Most importantly, we manage the documentation process during negotiations until the disbursement is reached.

Our ability to structure equity and debt, identify key investors and, when needed, restructure businesses relies on a solid track record with financial groups, banks and investors.
